Glass-Fiber Reinforced Composite Resin Adhesive Bridge By Using Porcelain Denture Tooth: 3 Case Report

The replacement of single tooth could be performed with an oral implant,adhesive bridges and conventional of fixed porcelain-fused to metal prosthesis.In recent years; fiber reinforced bridge restorations see more demands according to metal supported restorations.In this alternative treatment, not making preparation; minimizes the risk of dentin sensivitiy and periodontal tissue inflammation.These restorations often preferable because of the advantages of economical,a reversible form of treatment,short and easy chairside and laboratory procedures.
In the article, It was presented that three fiber reinforced adhesive bridge case report, which we prepare in the maxillar lateral tooth loses. No failure was occured in all restorations after one-year follow up period.

Yapay Porselen Diş Kullanılarak Cam Fiberle Güçlendirilmiş Kompozit Rezin Köprü Uygulaması: 3 Vaka Raporu

Tek diş eksiklikleri; oral implant, adeziv köprü restorasyonları ya da geleneksel metal destekli porselen restorasyonlarla giderilebilir. Son yıllarda; fiberle güçlendirilmiş kompozitlerden hazırlanan köprü restorasyonları, metal destekli restorasyonlara oranla daha fazla talep görmektedir. Bu tip restorasyonlarda fazla preparasyon yapılmaması; dentin hassasiyeti veya periodontal dokularda enflamasyon riskinin az olmasını sağlar. Bu tip restorasyonlar; ekonomik olması, geri dönüşümlü bir tedavi olması, klinik ve laboratuvar işlemlerinin kısa ve kolay olması gibi avantajları nedeniyle sıklıkla tercih edilirler. Makalemizde, üst lateral diş eksikliğinde hazırladığımız, fiberle güçlendirilmiş kompozit rezinden yapılmış 3 adet adeziv köprü olgusu sunulmuştur. 1 yıllık takip süresi sonunda yapılan tüm restorasyonlarda herhangi bir başarısızlık görülmemiştir.
